What and where we ship
We ship throughout Canada. Sorry, cannot offer international shipping due to supplier agreements.
Some heavy and bulky items (e.g. dive weights, large dive bags) cannot be shipped and must be picked up at our retail shop.
We ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Canada Post typically delivers within 2-8 business days once they have picked up an order. However, delivery timings are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
If you have a trip planned, contact us before ordering to ensure we can ship and deliver your order on time. Consider picking up your order at our retail store to ensure you get your gear on time.
We offer free shipping for orders over $249.
Orders under $249 are subject to a shipping fee that varies by location. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our retail ship for free.
When we ship
We ship in-stock items Mondays through Fridays. We strive to ship in-stock items within 2 business days of placing the order.
Items that are out of stock, back-ordered or custom orders will take longer to ship, depending on supplier stock and delivery timings.
Terms of fulfilment
Once your order is picked up by Canada Post, you become the owner of the merchandise. Follow-ups for shipping delays or lost shipments with Canada Post must be initiated with you, although this is rare and we will do our best to support you.
If you need to cancel an order, please call us immediately at (416) 792-3483. If your order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel your order.
If your order has shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel this order. An order may be considered shipped even if this hasn't been reflected in your account.
Incorrect and defective items
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly arrange return shipping for the incorrect or defective item and send you a replacement item. Incorrect items must be un-used and in the original packaging.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
We highly recommend that you visit our retail shop to try on masks, wetsuits and wetsuit accessories, rashguards and bathing suits prior to purchase to ensure proper fit. As a small business, we cannot bear the costs associated with multiple rounds of shipping.
Most items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days if they are un-used and in the original packaging. You may return items at our retail location, or by mail.
For exchanges, the customer must pre-pay the return shipping and will be responsible subsequent shipping costs. Exchanges will only be processed upon receipt of goods.
For returns, Toronto Scuba Centre will issue store credit, less original shipping costs, upon receipt of the returned item. The customer must pre-pay the return shipping.
You must email us for a return authorization before returning items.
Returns on items that are a custom order or not usually stocked in our retail store will be subject to a 25-50% restocking fee.
Products in the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned:
